Prior professional experience includes 25 years in commercial banking and as Federal regulator managing failed savings & loan institutions, eventually investigating issues of owner, director, and officer fraud. Raised in Oklahoma City, Ed graduated from the University of Kansas and served in the U.S. Army honorably. 

 

Although ENC has represented both buyer and seller in residential transactions, the vast majority of it's business is the sale, acquisition or lease of commercial real estate.   

For almost a decade, Ed Noyes represented a privately-owned regional financial institution, marketing the majority of its foreclosed properties.  Those properties included: churches, land, apartment complexes, restaurants, shopping centers, office buildings, warehouses, convenience stores, truck-stops and more.
